Katarzyna Stawecka

Katarzyna Stawecka has over two decades of experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Digital Transformation Tribe Lead and Bank Executive Director at ING Polska since January 2003, and has held various executive roles including Mortgage and Protection Tribe Lead and Retail Banking- Loans and Protection Line Lead. Additionally, Katarzyna is a Member of The Supervisory Board at KIR S.A. since May 2020. Previous roles include Co-Owner at L.GRANT HR Consultant and several positions at ING Bank Śląski, where responsibilities encompassed credit risk management and customer advisory. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Mathematics from the University of Silesia in Katowice and language studies at the Foundation for Learning Foreign Languages in Warsaw.
