Lillian

Lillian Ma is an attorney with extensive experience in both commercial and trial law. Currently employed at Kira since 2016, Lillian manages domestic and international legal matters, drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements while addressing risk management issues related to data safety and consumer privacy. Prior to Kira, Lillian worked at Tucker Ellis LLP from 2003 to 2015 as a trial attorney, where responsibilities included coordinating the defense of complex product liability and mass tort cases on the West Coast. Earlier in the career, Lillian practiced at Walsworth Franklin Bevins & McCall. Lillian holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) with a concentration in Intellectual Property from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of California, Riverside.
