Rick Gaston

Rick Gaston has extensive experience in educational leadership and instructional design, currently serving as the Director of Teaching and Learning and Head of Teacher Professional Development at Kira Learning. Prior roles include Instructional Design Consultant at Futuro Health and various management positions at Udacity, where responsibilities spanned curriculum management and learning technology within the School of Data Science. Additionally, Rick served as an Instructional Coach at New Classrooms and worked as a Technical Product Manager at McGraw-Hill Education. Rick holds an AM in Educational Administration from Stanford University Graduate School of Education and has further education from Rutgers University.
