Alan MacDonagh

Alan MacDonagh has a total of three work experiences. Alan started their career in 2011 at CPL Integrated Services as a Technical Support Analyst, providing level 1 and 2 IT support for a large UK-based financial firm. Alan then worked as a Technical Support Coach, providing training and support for technical support agents, and maintaining support documentation. In 2015, they joined John Paul Construction as an IT Systems Engineer, where they supported both in-office and remote users across multiple sites in Ireland and the UK. Alan also maintained and provided server infrastructure from a central office to all sites, including construction sites with limited infrastructure. In 2019, they joined Kirby Group Engineering as a System Administrator.

Alan MacDonagh received their Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Technological University Dublin in 2008. Alan attended the university from 2002 to 2008.
