Billy Ray Zulueta

Billy Ray Zulueta has over 8 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer. Billy Ray currently works at Kirby Group Engineering as an HV Electrical Engineer, starting in May 2021. Previously, they worked at Mott MacDonald LTD from June 2018 to May 2021, where they gained extensive experience in Engineering design, on site construction management, tender documents assessment, technical design review, and project coordination for MV and HV substations. Billy Ray also worked with a project management team for substation design and construction for Ireland's power grid and distributor. Before that, they worked at Transmission and Distribution Corporation from October 2013 to January 2018 as an Electrical Engineer.

Billy Ray Zulueta attended New Era University from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. During their time there, they focused on studying electrical engineering. Additionally, in September 2013, they obtained the certification of Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) from the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission. Later in October 2019, Billy Ray Zulueta became a member of Engineers Ireland (MIEI) after completing the necessary requirements.
