Megan started their career at NIE Networks as a Fault Analyst, where they were responsible for collecting and evaluating live data to identify and correct electrical faults. In 2017, they joined Electricity North West as a Low Voltage Technician, providing technical and leadership support in fault analysis and restoration strategy. Megan also served as a Low Voltage Dispatcher, triaging real-time fault data and dispatching field staff promptly.
