Michelle Gross

Michelle Gross is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Community Bank President at State Bank of Bement in Monticello since July 2017. With a long tenure at State Bank of Bement since June 1996, Michelle has held the roles of Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer and Information Systems Officer. Michelle is also involved with various organizations, serving as a Director at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago since October 2015, the Vice Chairperson at Kirby Medical Center since November 2017, and previously as Treasurer for State Bank of Cerro Gordo until April 2022. Additionally, Michelle has experience in education as a band instructor at Bement CUSD #5. Academic credentials include a degree from Western Illinois University and completion of the Graduate School of Banking program.
