Zach McGavitt

Zach McGavitt is an experienced maritime professional currently serving as the Director of Fleeting Operations at Kirby Inland Marine Lp since July 2021. With a tenure at Kirby beginning in May 2007, Zach has progressed through various roles, including Operations Manager and Port Captain, overseeing a fleet of 12 inland towboats. Previously, Zach held the position of Inland Master, acting as a navigational officer. Zach earned a Bachelor's degree in Marine Transportation from the State University of New York Maritime College, completing studies in 2007.
