Jessica Skinner (Seyburn) is a CPA and MBA with vast experience in taxation and financial planning. Jessica has held positions as a Tax Manager at Plante Moran and currently serves as the Director of Taxation and Financial Planning at KIRCO. Jessica's expertise lies in tax credit compliance and consulting in the real estate industry, specifically in preparing tax credit projections for NMTC or HTC deals. Jessica holds an MBA with concentrations in International Business and Accounting from Oakland University and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University.
