Matthew Coughenour is a professional with experience in real estate and finance. At KIRCO, Matthew holds the position of Vice President, Senior Living, as well as Asset and Acquisitions Manager for Senior Living, where Matthew is responsible for financial analysis and market research. Prior to KIRCO, Matthew worked as a Real Estate Analyst at Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions, where Matthew analyzed commercial real estate data and provided detailed financial projections. Matthew has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Oakland University.
