Visagan Gunaratnam (MEngNZ) is a Senior Structural Technician who has experience working in various roles such as Technical Project Manager, CAD Developer, Structural Designer, CAD Designer, Senior Project Officer, Project Coordinator, Data Coordination Support, and Draftperson/Technician.
