Alexandra Hay-Plumb

Alexandra Hay-Plumb has a diverse work experience, primarily in the fields of education, strategy, and business development. Alexandra currently holds the position of Impact & Product Director (Education) at KIRKBI A/S since 2024. Previously, they worked as a Strategy Partner at LEGO House in 2023 and as a Founding Member at Chief in the same year. From 2017 to 2023, Alexandra held various roles at Generation, including Chief Partnerships Officer, Global Director of Partnerships, and Country Lead, UK. Alexandra also worked at McKinsey & Company from 2012 to 2020, starting as a Business Analyst and eventually becoming an Engagement Manager. In addition, Alexandra served as the Manager of Global Programs at McKinsey Social Initiative in 2015. Alexandra has experience in leading partnerships, managing teams, and implementing youth employment programs.

Alexandra Hay-Plumb attended the University of Cambridge from 2008 to 2011. Alexandra studied Natural Sciences with a focus on Physiology, Development, and Neuroscience.
