Kasper Trebbien

Kasper Trebbien has extensive work experience in the energy industry and business advisory services. Kasper started their career at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance as a Senior Analyst/Executive and later worked as a Manager at DONG Energy Thermal Power - Business Development. Kasper then joined Ernst & Young - Infrastructure Advisory as a Manager before transitioning to DONG Energy Wind Power, where they served as the Head of M&A Valuation & Structuring. In 2015, Kasper Trebbien joined KIRKBI A/S as the Senior Director and Head of Renewables Investments, a role they held until 2021. Kasper then took on the position of Vice President - Energy Transition & Land Sustainability at KIRKBI A/S. In addition to their roles in KIRKBI A/S, Kasper Trebbien also served on the Board of Directors for Adapture Renewables, Inc., a solar project developer backed by KIRKBI, and Quantafuel. Kasper has also been involved with Copenhagen Business School as a Master thesis/project supervisor.

Kasper Trebbien completed their education with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Copenhagen in 2003. Kasper then pursued a Master of Science in Economics from the same institution from 2004 to 2006. In 2000 and 2001, they also obtained a Minor in Business Administration from Alliant International University. Furthermore, they attended IMD in 2021 for High Performance Leadership and INSEAD in 2022 for the Executive Board Programme.
