Marie-Louise Rysgaard

Marie-Louise Rysgaard is an experienced communications professional currently serving as Communications Manager at KIRKBI A/S since August 2016, after previously holding the role of Communication Coordinator. Prior experience includes a CSR Intern position in Stakeholder Relations and CSR at DONG Energy from August 2014 to February 2015, where contributions were made to key projects in the Group Communication department. In early 2014, Marie-Louise collaborated on change management projects with the Danish trade union and employment fund, Krifa, and conducted project management research with the software agency IOLA. Beginning a career in retail, Marie-Louise worked as a Sales Advisor at H&M from January 2010 to May 2014, earning recognition from H&M’s Sustainability Board for outstanding sustainability initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Corporate Communication from Aarhus University and a Bachelor of Arts in English and International Business Communication from Aalborg University.
