Trine Bøgelund

Trine Bøgelund's work experience is as follows:

- Current director, Corporate Counsel Investments at KIRKBI A/S, a family-owned holding and investment company focusing on the LEGO brand.

- Advisory Board Member at Karnov Group Denmark since 2013.

- Previously served as Group General Counsel at Zibra Family Office from 2016 to 2021.

- Worked as an Advokat/Attorney-at-law at Accura Advokatpartnerselskab from 2011 to 2016.

- Served as an External Associate Professor in Company Law at the University of Copenhagen from 2009 to 2015.

- Previous experience includes roles as an Attorney-at-law and Corporate Counsel at Danisco, Assistant Attorney at Moalem Weitemeyer, Assistant Attorney (secondment) at Dell Technologies, and Assistant Attorney at DLA Piper.

Trine Bøgelund was admitted to the Danish Bar by The Danish Bar Association in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in US & Global Business Law from Suffolk University Law School in 2009. Trine also holds a Master's degree in Law from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, which they earned from 2004 to 2006. In 2005, they were a visiting scholar at Duke University School of Law. Trine Bøgelund began their academic journey by completing a Bachelor's degree in Law from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, which they obtained from 2000 to 2004. In 2021, they also obtained the ILPA Institute Level II, Module I: Legal Documents certification from the Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA).
