Earlier experience includes roles such as Partner and Head of Lease Advisory at BGL Partners (April 2015 - December 2018) and Partner and Head of Corporate Real Estate at Farebrother (July 2012 - February 2015). Prior to these roles, Julian Chappell worked as a Consultant at JC Real Estate Services and spent 26 years at Cushman & Wakefield LLP as a Partner, focusing on landlord and tenant specialist services. Julian Chappell holds a BSc in Land Administration, Real Estate from North East London Polytechnic, obtained between 1985 and 1990.
