Caroline Kirkendoll

Caroline Kirkendoll has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as the President of Penthouse World Media, Inc. Caroline joined the company in 2018 as the Executive Vice President before taking on their current role in June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President at Kirkendoll Management, LLC since 2016. Caroline also had experience working at the U.S. Department of State as a Graduate Student Intern in the International Narcotics & Law Enforcement Bureau. Caroline was responsible for providing investigative and administrative assistance to the CARSI team and worked on counternarcotics, immigration, anti-gang, prison reform, and justice sector capacity building issues in Central America. Before that, Caroline worked as a Summer Associate at Kroll and as the Country Director in Costa Rica for Lacrosse the Nations. Additionally, they served as the Adult Education Director at Abriendo Mentes (Opening Minds Latin America), and as a Client Relations Associate at Chilton Investment Company. Caroline began their career as a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Securities Division.

Caroline Kirkendoll holds a Master's Degree in International Development from Georgetown University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a B.A. in International Politics & Economics from Middlebury College between 2005 and 2009. Caroline completed their high school education at The Hotchkiss School from 2001 to 2005.
