Holly Simons

Holly Simons, PHR, HRIP, is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in HR operations and information management. Currently serving as Associate Director of Firmwide HR Operations at Kirkland & Ellis since March 2012, Holly is responsible for executing the firm's vision to globalize and modernize HR functions, managing global teams, and overseeing critical data entry and reporting processes. Prior roles include HR Information Management Manager at Kirkland & Ellis, Human Resources Generalist at Jenner & Block LLP, and various HR positions at Honeywell and Divine, Inc., where Holly honed expertise in HRIS and employee management. Holly holds a BS in Economics from Arizona State University and has continued professional development through various roles in human resources.
