Mary B. has extensive experience in legal recruitment, currently serving as Associate Director of Lateral Legal Recruiting at Kirkland & Ellis since October 2021, where significant improvements in acceptance rates, sourcing strategies, and recruitment branding have been achieved. Previously, Mary held various roles at Dentons, including Senior Legal Recruitment Manager, and briefly at Seyfarth Shaw as Legal Recruiting Manager. At Mayer Brown, Mary worked as an Attorney Recruitment Administrator from February 2002 to 2012. Educationally, Mary completed coursework at Cornell University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Aquinas College.
