Monique Engemann

Monique Engemann, PMP, CDPSE, CC, CSM, currently serves as the Associate Director of Information Governance (Operations) at Kirkland & Ellis, a position held since March 2023. In addition, Monique co-owns SuperDog Industries, focused on pet photography and hosting canine sport events since July 2020. Prior experience includes serving as the Senior Manager of Cybersecurity Awareness and Business Management Office at Baxter International Inc. from December 2013 to March 2023, where key achievements included enhancing the IT Security portfolio and improving cybersecurity maturity. Monique's career also includes roles at Aon, where responsibilities spanned from Lead System Analyst to Setup Configuration Analyst, contributing significantly to process efficiencies and cost savings. Monique earned a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management & Information Systems from Northern Illinois University.
