Oliver Cutbill

Oliver Cutbill is a Partner in the Investment Funds practice at Kirkland & Ellis, where tenure began in April 2019, following a role as an Associate in the same practice. Prior to this, Oliver Cutbill was an Associate at Linklaters from September 2016 to March 2019 and began the legal career as a Trainee Solicitor there. Additionally, experience includes serving as a Research Assistant in Competition Law at the University of Oxford under Professor Ariel Ezrachi from July 2015 to January 2016. Oliver Cutbill holds a BA in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford (2012-2015) and a Master of Science in Law, Business and Management from The University of Law (2016).
