Kirkwood Collection is a family-founded and independently operated luxury hotel brand offering a portfolio of intimate boutique hotels in iconic California destinations. Currently in Santa Barbara, Monterey Bay, Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, and San Luis Obispo, six unique properties blend hallmark historic architecture with modern amenities. Debuting in 2019, Hideaway Santa Barbara and Blue Sands Inn are the premier boutique lodging offerings in both West Beach and East Beach of the American Riviera. In vibrant Downtown San Luis Obispo, Garden Street Inn is the idyllic vision of historic charm, nestled in central-coast wine country. 97 Lake Shore offers a glimpse into California’s leisure class positioned lakefront in Rancho Mirage. The Palm Springs Hotel, a joint-venture property, is mid-century modern with new-century passion nodding to the Rat Pack era of Palm Springs. Our most recent acquisition, Seven Gables Inn on Monterey Bay is the crown jewel of the portfolio. Tooled for the sophisticated and international traveler, each property offers Apple TV, blazing-fast Wi-Fi and an authentic “home away from home” experience.
