Will Greer

Will Greer is a seasoned project executive with extensive experience in the construction and mechanical industries. Currently serving at Kirlin-Way Mechanical since April 2017, Greer has progressed through various managerial titles including project executive, senior project manager, project manager, and assistant project manager. Previously, Greer held the position of CFO at Barrett Pools from November 2015 to March 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing budgeting, financial forecasting, and the development of business performance metrics. Prior experience includes working as a project engineer at Kiewit, where Greer managed project schedules, material procurement, and mentored junior engineers. Greer's foundational experience was gained in the United States Marine Corps, serving in various roles including infantry and logistics chief, during which Greer earned commendations for exemplary performance. Greer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from North Greenville University.
