Arvind Goel

Arvind Goel has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Arvind has held various leadership positions, including Chairman, CEO & Managing Director, President, COO & CTO, and President & COO, in companies such as TATA AutoComp Systems Ltd, MAN Force Trucks, and Force Motors Ltd. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for driving growth, establishing global alliances, and implementing efficient operations. Arvind has also served as a Member of the Board of Directors for Persistent Systems and Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited. Additionally, they have been actively involved in industry associations, holding positions such as Executive Committee Member for the Confederation of Indian Industry.

Arvind Goel obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, Haryana, from 1974 to 1979. Additionally, they attended the Harvard Business School for an Advanced Leadership Program with TMTC, the NYU Stern School of Business for an Executive Management Program with TMTC, the Center for Creative Leadership in Singapore for Leadership at the Peak, and also completed programs in Manufacturing Excellence from MAN in Germany and Manufacturing Process Technology for Engines and Gearbox from Daimler Benz & ZF, Germany.
