Prashant Kumar

Prashant Kumar is currently serving as the Assistant General Manager for Corporate Strategy and Marketing at Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited since August 2023, after previously holding the role of Assistant General Manager for R&D and Strategy. In earlier roles, Prashant worked as a Senior Manager for Central Operations and Strategy at Shadowfax and as a Mechanical Design Engineer at DUXES LABS PVT LTD. Additional experience includes positions as a Piping & Support Design Engineer at General Electric Manufacturing Company and various industrial trainee roles at CESC Ltd., JBM Group, and Hindalco Industries, where valuable insights into production and engineering processes were gained. Prashant holds a Post Graduate Program with dual majors in Marketing and Strategy-Leading from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology.
