Vinayak Patil

Vinayak Patil has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources (AGM-HR) for Industrial Global Business at Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited since September 2014, while also leading Corporate Human Resources. Prior roles at Kirloskar include positions as Lead HRBP for Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and International Business, and Senior HR Business Partner in Manufacturing. Earlier career highlights include working as Assistant Manager at Indo Schottle Auto Parts and Executive Personnel at Chemplast Sanmar Limited. Vinayak began the HR journey as an Officer HR at Raymond Zambaiti Limited and as an HR Executive at Divgi-Warner Private Limited. Academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Post Graduate Diploma from ICFAI, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Karnatak University.
