Jacob Pedersen

Jacob Pedersen is a senior retail, sales and operations leader with over 20 years of cross-functional experience and a strong customer focus. They have led Circle K Danmark and Circle K A/S teams in roles including Director Retail Sales & Operations (2020–2024) and Director Market Development (2024–2025), and currently serve as CEO/Adm. Direktør at Kirppu Danmark (2025–Present). Their background includes leadership positions at Statoil Fuel & Retail A/S (District Manager, 2014–2016; Senior Manager, Supply Chain, Convenience) and Circle K (Sr. Manager Operational Excellence, 2019–2020), as well as earlier roles at VELUX (Market Researcher and Product Management, 2003–2007; Project Manager – Sales Excellence Team) and BtC Marketing Project Manager at Statoil (2008–2009). They earned an MSc in Economics and Marketing from Copenhagen Business School (Cand.merc, 1998–2003) and a Diploma in Marketing Communications from the International Advertising Association (IAA) (2006–2007).
