Maria Isalena Fagerspang

Maria Isalena Fagerspang is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and management across various industries. Currently serving as Managing Director and CEO of Team Olivia Danmark since April 2022, Maria oversees the group's Danish operations. Previous roles include board membership at Ensure International Pension Broker and significant leadership positions at Securitas Danmark, where Maria was responsible for operations, customer care, and HR functions. Maria's experience also includes serving as COO for Nokas Danmark and HR Director at fitness dk, among other executive roles. Academically, Maria holds multiple degrees in Business Administration and Strategy from prominent Danish universities, along with a specialized executive education in Board Leadership and Corporate Governance from Copenhagen Business School.
