Caroline Padden has developed a strong background in customer service and marketing through various roles. Currently serving as a Server at Kirtland Country Club since June 2020, Caroline excels in a fast-paced environment while networking with members and ensuring exceptional service. Previous experiences include internships in marketing at Moen Incorporated and Village of Healing, where Caroline focused on social media content creation and event promotion. Additionally, work as a Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain Work Study Student at John Carroll University involved increasing social media followings and organizing campus events. Caroline's early experience at Zoup! Eatery included training new employees and supporting team operations. Caroline is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing at John Carroll University.
