Kirk Grimshaw

Kirk Grimshaw is an experienced attorney and shareholder currently at Kirton McConkie since June 2024. Previously, Kirk served as Vice President and Legal Counsel at Extra Space Storage from April 2016 to June 2024. Prior to that, Kirk was a shareholder at Kirton & McConkie from December 2006 to March 2016, and also held the position of Associate General Counsel at DR Horton between 2005 and 2006. Kirk began a legal career as an associate at Lewis and Roca LLP from April 2002 to September 2005, with a focus on real property, leasing, and land use. Educational qualifications include a JD, cum laude, from BYU Law School (1999-2002) and a BS in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
