David Hope

David Hope is responsible for leading the Human Resources strategy for the company. He oversees all aspects of HR with an intentional focus on hiring and retaining best in class Kisco Associates who will provide an outstanding experience for Kisco residents.

David previously worked for Kisco from 2008 to 2014 after which he left and moved to Los Angeles to become the VP of Human Resources for Motor Trend Group where he led all aspects of HR for over 60 unique brands throughout the United States. He was part of a new Senior Management Team responsible for a complete re-structuring of the business, ultimately preparing it for sale and this was achieved in 2018.
