Richard Sarfert is the EVP, Chief Lending at Kish Bank. Richard has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry. Richard began their career in 1985 as a Vice President at Meridian Bank. Richard then spent 14 years at National Penn Bank, where they eventually rose to the position of Senior Vice President. In 2011, Richard joined Penn Liberty Bank as their Executive Vice President / Chief Credit Officer. Richard served in this role for over 5 years, until they joined Kish Bank in 2016. Richard is a highly experienced and respected banker, and they have played a key role in the success of each of the banks they have worked for.
