Merav Sapir has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles. Starting in 1998, they served as the Customers Service Manager at 012 Golden Lines for six years. In 2005, they joined DMG - DSNR Media Group as the VP of the Sales & Marketing Division, where they managed the software division and implemented successful marketing and sales campaigns. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as the VP of the Customers Division at Help PC National Home Computing Assistance Center Ltd., where they managed large-scale operations and achieved a significant increase in income. In 2013, they became the VP and General Manager at Spiral Solutions, responsible for managing over 100 employees and doubling the company's revenues. From 2014 to 2017, they served as the COO at OMNITelecom, leading all B2B and B2C activities and driving the company's income to profitability. Most recently, they have been the CEO of Kishurit Call Center Services Ltd. since 2017. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated their ability to successfully manage teams, drive business growth, and improve overall performance.
Merav Sapir obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The Open University of Israel from 1999 to 2002. Merav is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General at Ruppin Academic Center, starting from 2022. In 2019, Merav also attended פורום נשים בתעשייה- קהילת המנהלות (Women in Industry Forum) for a course in Sales Directors. Additionally, in 2013, they obtained a Sales Compensation desion certification from the WorldatWork Association.
