Titus Pacho

Titus Pacho, PhD, currently serves on the Advisory Board of Tanzania Early Childhood Education and Care (TECEC) and as a member of the Technical Advisory Group for CODE, contributing strategic guidance on early childhood education and learning in fragile contexts, respectively. As a Senior Lecturer at Kisii University, Titus specializes in Philosophy of Education, supervising postgraduate research and coordinating the postgraduate program within the School of Education & Human Resource Development. Additional roles include co-founding Service-Learning Tanzania, consulting for CHAT der WELTEN, and holding various administrative positions at Kisii University. Titus holds a PhD in Education from the University of Hamburg and has extensive experience in educational consultancy, quality assurance, and community service learning initiatives in higher education.
