Michael Ventura

Michael Ventura is an accomplished author, keynote speaker, advisor, and entrepreneur with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving at Consolidated Eggs since May 2018, Ventura is also a founding team member at Kismet and has been active as faculty at the Esalen Institute since February 2024. As a co-founder of ON_Discourse, Ventura focuses on enhancing leadership through discourse. Additional roles include author at Applied Empathy, practitioner at Corvus Medicine, co-founder of Understanding US, and advisory board member for multiple organizations including Empathable and HUSH. Ventura is a Fellow from the Academy for Systems Change and holds a B.S. in Business Management from Babson College.
