Ciaran Cleary

Ciaran Cleary currently serves as Head of Operations at Kiso Technology since July 2025. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Fieldwire by Hilti from May 2018 to February 2025, culminating in the position of Chief of Staff. Notably, Ciaran played a key role in the acquisition due diligence and integration process following Fieldwire's acquisition by Hilti for $300 million. Previous positions at Fieldwire involved scaling operations and improving processes, including developing an IT ticketing system and revamping financial tracking methods. Ciaran began a career in operations with roles at LiveNeighborly, UBS, and Adobe, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Analytics from Boston College.
