Adriana Seda Mattei

Adriana Seda Mattei is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in both public relations and internal communications. Currently serving as a Senior Communications Specialist at Kissimmee Utility Authority since April 2021, Adriana focuses on developing and executing communication strategies, producing materials in English and Spanish, and managing Spanish communication efforts. Prior roles include Public Relations Manager at the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association, where Adriana led public relations plans and marketing initiatives, and positions at DOT Communications PR and the Puerto Rico Department of Consumer Affairs, emphasizing strategic communication and public engagement. Adriana holds a Master of Arts in Communications Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Audiovisual Communication from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.
