Randy James, CPM, has extensive experience in electrical and mechanical systems, currently serving as a Protective Relay Technician at KUA since November 1999, focusing on testing, calibrating, and troubleshooting protective relays for generation, transmission, and distribution systems. Prior to this role, Randy worked as a Diagnostic Support Engineer at Pitney Bowes between June 1991 and October 1998, resolving issues in facsimile machines through remote diagnostics.
