Cullen Lowe

Cullen Lowe has a decade of experience in the software industry. Cullen began their career in 1999 as a Tech Support Analyst at CommTech Corp., where they worked on Oracle databases, Sun Unix systems and primarily tested products. In 2002, they joined Best Software (now Sage Software) as a Customer Support Analyst II. In 2004, they became a Senior Consultant at Cannon Wright Blount, where they recommended, installed, customized and supported business software systems, including Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200, and developed and implemented an in-house Sage SalesLogix CRM application. In 2006, they worked as an Information Technology Consultant at Walpole & Co., LLP. In 2008, they joined Sage North America as a Customer Support Specialist, where they solved problems, tested systems and reported issues to Engineering, and acted as a liaison between customers and Sage Engineers. In 2013, they became a Sage 100 ERP Consultant at Blytheco. In 2016, they worked as a SAP Consultant at Vision33. In 2017, they were a Sage100 Consultant at Net@Work. In 2018, they were both a Senior Business Consultant at Kissinger Associates, Inc., where they supported sales and implementations of Sage 100 and Acumatica ERP software and related products, and a Sage 100 Technical Consultant, where they assisted clients with Sage 100 report writing, installations, migrations, imports, exports, customizations, KnowledgeSync alerts, dashboards, security, etc.

Cullen Lowe attended State University of New York College at Plattsburgh from 1976 to 1981 and Shenendehowa from 1967 to 1975. Cullen also holds certifications from Sage, Acumatica, and other institutions. These include S1ETC300 - Sage 100 Certified Technical Consultant (November 2019), Sage 100 Certified Payroll Consultant (February 2019), Advanced CRM (July 2020), Acumatica Certified Business Consultant 2019 (March 2020), Acumatica Certified System Administrator 2019 (July 2019), and S1ESA300 - Sage 100 Certified System Administrator v2016 (July 2016).
