Dr. Ruwin Pandithage's work experience includes various roles in sales, business development, and management. Dr. Ruwin has worked at companies such as KISTERS AG, OTT Hydromet, and ADCON Telemetry. Dr. Pandithage has experience leading and developing global sales and marketing strategies, as well as forming strategic partnerships with national and international institutions. Their expertise lies in Agricultural Meteorology, specifically in monitoring and project business.

Dr. Ruwin Pandithage obtained their Master's degree in Molecular Biology from the Rheinisch-Westfälischen-Technischen-Hochschule Aachen (RWTH-Aachen) from 1996 to 2003. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the same university from 2003 to 2006.
