Mike Troy has extensive experience in employee benefits consulting and individual insurance, having been a Principal at Kistler Tiffany Benefits since 1995. In addition to this role, Mike served as the Varsity Boys Basketball Coach at Conestoga High School from June 2006 to June 2022, demonstrating leadership and dedication in both professional and extracurricular settings. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, earned between 1985 and 1989.
