Javkhlan Gansukh

Javkhlan Gansukh has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Javkhlan is currently working as a Software Engineer at Kiswe since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at GIT Academy as a Lead Software Engineer from April 2021 to April 2022, where they led an international engineering team and successfully developed various products, including an online learning management system and a Video On Demand Service.

From September 2019 to April 2021, Javkhlan worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Korfin Holdings. Before that, they worked at Chinggis Khan Bank for a significant period, starting as a Software Engineer in September 2013 and later being promoted to Senior Software Engineer in October 2014. At the bank, they played a crucial role in developing and maintaining digital banking products, including the internet banking system. Javkhlan also led the development of the bank's mobile banking system, integrated the bank's core banking system with digital channels, and mentored junior developers.

Javkhlan also has experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer at GetFiveStars from April 2018 to September 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Aeromongolia Airlines as a Senior Software Engineer from January 2012 to September 2013 and as a Software Engineer from September 2011 to December 2011.
