Francky Vaval began their career in 2021 as a Data Analyst at Kit Check. Prior to that, they worked at SmartBear from 2019 to 2021 as a Customer Care Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for troubleshooting and solving technical support issues with external customers, creating and documenting new customer issues, collaborating with fellow support colleagues and other internal organizations, obtaining knowledge and skills to become proficient with responsible products, being the customer advocate when providing feedback to internal organizations, achieving case resolution and escalation goals, and looking for ways to improve productivity of issue resolution and better ways to help customers.
Francky Vaval is currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Computer Science (Big Data Systems) at Arizona State University, which they began in 2022.
