Nadya Safira

Nadya Safira is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and operations analysis, currently serving in the Project Management Office at Kitabisa since November 2020. Nadya has developed and refined operational workflows, created procedures, and produced flowcharts for various business units. Previously held roles include Jr. Crowdfunding Operations Analyst, Safety Operation Officer, and Operation Staff at Kitabisa, where expertise in engagement with stakeholders and streamlining operations was demonstrated through comprehensive documentation. Prior experience also includes UX research at Satu Persen - Indonesian Life School and PT UXINDO DIGITAL INDONESIA as a Digital Strategist Assistant, showcasing skills in user experience research, data analysis, and social media management. Nadya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Universitas Padjadjaran, completed in 2019.
