Sactio Swastioyono is a Technical Manager at Kitabisa.com since October 2020, focusing on enhancing donor experiences on the platform. Previously, Sactio held roles as a Senior Backend Engineer at Kitabisa.com and as a Backend Engineer at Rakuten, where responsibilities included managing order fulfillment processes. Sactio's experience also includes positions at PT. Hitachi eBworx Indonesia as Assistant Manager, Technical Lead, and Senior Application Engineer, working on projects for BNP Paribas, as well as various roles in application and system engineering. Sactio began a career in IT as a System Analyst at Lembaga Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa and has a strong educational foundation with a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Indonesia.
