James Padilla Cpe

James Padilla, CPE, has extensive experience in construction project estimating, currently serving as a Project Estimator at Kitchell since December 2016. Responsibilities include leading estimating functions across all construction trades, reviewing contractor estimates and change orders, and analyzing market trends. Prior experience includes roles at PCL Construction as an Estimator and Field Engineer, where James managed site layout, scheduling, and subcontractor oversight for various large-scale projects. James also held positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Project Management Intern and at Bechtel Corporation as a Quality Assurance Engineering Intern. Academic credentials include a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Arizona State University, as well as an Associate of General Education in Science from Mesa Community College.
