Mark Cate

Mark Cate is a highly experienced project director currently at Kitchell since April 2023. Previously, Mark served as a construction executive at Google from December 2021 to March 2023. Mark held the position of Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Construction at Sares Regis Group of Northern California from January 2016 to December 2021 and was a Senior Project Manager at Balfour Beatty Construction between August 2007 and January 2016. Mark began a career in project management at Kenmark Real Estate Group, Inc., where responsibilities included operations management from June 1998 to August 2007. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Stanford University, earned in June 1989.
