Tim Breen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the restaurant and franchise operations sectors. Currently serving as Brand President and Leader at Kitchen Guard and EverSmith Brands since January 2025, Tim previously held the position of Vice President of Operations Excellence/Services at Red Lobster from January 2023 to January 2024. Tim's prior roles include Director of Franchise Performance and Director of Market Integrations for North America at Subway between January 2020 and June 2023, as well as Vice President of Information Technology and Vice President of Franchise and Company Operations and Support at RAVE Restaurant Group, Inc. in mid-2019. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Restaurant, Hotel and Institutional Management/Accounting from Texas Tech University and further education from Texas A&M University.
