Olivier Said is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. As the owner of Kitchen on Fire since 2005, Olivier has established a renowned cooking school in Berkeley, recognized as one of the 25 best cooking classes in America. Olivier also co-hosts "The Open Kitchen," a provocative podcast that tackles various food topics. In addition, Olivier is an accomplished author, having written several books including "Kitchen on Fire!: Mastering the Art of Cooking in 12 Weeks (or Less)" and "The Bar: A Spirited Guide to Cocktail Alchemy." Prior to these ventures, Olivier managed the acclaimed Cesar bar tapas, which was recognized as a top restaurant in the Bay Area.
