Sarah Sha has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Sarah is currently the Director of Strategy at KITCHENTOWN since December 2020. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2020, they worked at the Institute for the Future, first as the Research + Design Manager for Health Futures & Food Futures Labs, where they conducted research and facilitated workshops on the future of health and food. Later, they served as the Research Director for the Food Futures Lab.
